The bed in my room was really comfy, and I liked that the room was big and not too noisy. Plus, there was a balcony where I could chill 😊.

Perfect location in a lovely area very close to both castles, tourist info, shops and restaurants. Big and quiet units with a balcony.

the hotel's location and staff made our family holiday in ludinghausen extra special. everything was within walking distance, and the friendly and accommodating staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the well-designed interior and delicious breakfast buffet added to our overall experience.

This hotel is great for walks and exploring the area. The location is perfect, with easy access to the river, old town, castle, and green walking paths. The rooms are spacious and very clean with plenty of seating. I especially loved the rooms with a balcony, as they offer a lovely garden view and very little traffic noise. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities were well-maintained. Additionally, the prices were reasonable, and there is a bakery just a 3-minute walk away, perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast if you don't want to pay extra for the hotel breakfast.

All was good, no improvements needed.

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures - spacious, with plenty of outlets and a big desk. The shower looked great and everything worked well. The beds were comfortable and temperature control was easy. The hotel offered underground parking and the staff spoke excellent English. The restaurant was accessible from the hotel and served delicious food. The wifi, while not super fast, was reliable and had good range. We could even use it in the restaurant without any issues. The reception staff remained professional and calm despite a delayed check-in. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the river, old town, castle, and walking paths. The terrace on the river was lovely, and the hotel had a great design. I felt comfortable and welcome from the moment I stepped in. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The view from our room was quiet and beautiful, overlooking the canal and park. The apartment room was clean and spacious, with plenty of seating. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the town.

Secondly, the hotel's location was perfect, with picturesque views and close proximity to the river, old town, and walking paths. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a lovely balcony overlooking the canal, just like the pictures showed. The daily breakfast spread was also delicious and satisfying. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided great value for money.

We had a great city break experience. the apartments were very spacious and modern, and provided us with the perfect amount of rooms for our family. We also enjoyed the great location, which was very central and had everything we needed within walking distance. the restaurant was a wonderful place to have dinner with fantastic food.

Despite the great experience, we did have a few complaints. We were disappointed with the lack of service, especially with regards to the cleaning.

We didn't have to eat out because of the self-contained facilities, including a bakery nearby and a great breakfast in the hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the terrace offered fantastic views of the beautiful surroundings.
